Cash on delivery and advance payment

Véla offers two ways to pay. You choose at checkout, and you do not need an account.

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. We may call you to confirm your order first. [Confirm any limit on order value.]

Advance payment

1. Choose Advance payment at checkout and place your order.
2. Send the full amount by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. The account details appear after you place your order.
3. Send your receipt and order number on WhatsApp to [WhatsApp number].
4. We confirm your payment and pack your order.
